The following steps show how to define the Scan button
function:
1. Set up all preferred settings in the Scan setting area.
2. Select one of the 9 Option buttons in the Function Items area to
represent all the settings you prefer in the step 1.
3. Click the Apply button, and then the OK button to finish defining
this first Scan button function.
Now, repeat the above steps to subsequently define the rest Option
buttons in the Function Items area if you want to define more than one
Scan button function.
The following steps show how to use the Scan button through
the Button Capture program:
1. By pressing the Function-Select button, select one of the digit
numbers in the function screen, which corresponds to its pre-
defined function name.
2. Press the Scan button on the scanner.
(If you regret, press the Cancel button to stop the scan task.)
3. The scanner starts scanning with all the settings defined on this
selected function name.
