1 - IDENTIFY THE vISITOR AND SPEAK
Each time the call button on the doorplate is pressed, the monitor doorbell rings and the image from the
camera is displayed on the screen.
To talk to the visitor, simply press the button on the monitor.
You can cut off communication at any time by pressing the button.
2 - OPENING AN ELECTRIC STRIKE PLATE OR AN AUTOMATED GATE
Press the button to trigger the opening of an electric strike plate (not included) or activate an automated
gate (not provided)
3 - ACTIvATING SPY MODE FROM INSIDE
To identify visitors without them knowing they are being watched, or to simply look outside, press the
button. The image from outside will appear on the screen.
When the screen is on, the button can be pressed to attract the attention of someone outside: the
camera alarm is triggered ( Panic function).
4 - INTERCOM FUNCTION (ONLY AvAILABLE IF 2 MONITORS ARE CONNECTED)
This video doorkeeper includes an INTERCOM
function
: you can connect up to 2 identical monitors in
parallel (
see "installation" paragraph
). In this case, you can activate communication between the monitors
using the button to call and the button to respond/hang up.
5 - MODIFYING THE SCREEN SETTINGS
To modify the settings for brightness, contrast, saturation and volume, press and hold the button to
access the configuration menu, with the screen on.
Press the button to move between settings, then use the + and - keys to increase/decrease the values.
After 7 seconds of no activity, the device exits the menu automatically.
The menu is arranged as follows: Brightness -> Contrast -> Colour -> volume
