Maintenance/Dismantling Instructions
THE AIR LINE MUST BE DISCCONNECTED BEFORE ANY DISMANTLING IS ATTEMPTED

Unscrew the Adjusting Nut

from the Spring Housing

by hand.

Unscrew the Spring Housing fully

using a 25mmA/F spanner. Remove the Spring

, Washer

and Hydraulic Piston

from the rear of the
tool.

To remove the Piston stop

the Base Cover

must first be removed to gain access

Clamp the body of the inverted tool ACROSS THE AIR INLET BOSSES in a vice fitted with soft jaws.

Pull off Rubber Boot

Using the peg spanner* unscrew Base Cover

Unscrew Nyloc Nuts

(2 off) and remove Base Plate Assembly

Remove Cylinder Liner

together with Sealing Washers

(2 off) and ‘O’ Rings

Remove Pneumatic Piston Assembly

together with ‘O’ Ring

, Lip Seal

Re-assemble in the reverse order.
