ip ospf dead-interval
Use the
ip ospf dead-interval
command to configure the interval before declaring the
neighbor as dead. Use the
no
form of this command to set the dead-interval to its default value.

ip ospf dead-interval

Example
To specify an interval of 15 seconds to wait before declaring a neighbor dead:
G450-001(if:Vlan 1)# ip ospf dead-interval 15
