Operating the Push broom
Adjusting the attachment to correct working position
The correct position of the Push broom
depends of the material being moved
and surface type.
The broom works in the most efficient
way, when the quick coupling bracket is
set to slightly forward tilted position and
when light load is applied on it, as
shown in the adjacent figure.
When a suitable position is adjusted, lift
the loader boom by operating the boom
control lever only longitudinally. In this
way, the correct position is maintained,
when lowering the attachment.
Operating speed
Set the loader speed according to the
surface being handled and operating
conditions. Moderate loader speed is
usually enough to brush up the surface.
Avoid pressing the brush too much to avoid damaging and quick wearing of the bristles.
Do not press the broom so that the front end of the loader would lighten significantly.
Do not leave the brush against the ground when it is attached to the loader. The weight of
the boom could cause permanent bending of the bristles. Remove the brush from the
loader for storage.
6.3.1
Transport position
Lift the push broom off the ground before
transport drive. Keep the loader stable. Always
transport the attachment as low and close to the
ground as possible. Keep the telescopic boom
retracted during drive.
