Check that the base is connected to a working
wall socket and that the power is on.
Check the kettle is correctly positioned on the

Ensure it has not be overfilled.
Completely dry the kettle, and leave overnight –
preferably in an upside down position so water
can completely drain out.
Test kettle to see if leaks continue to occur and if
they do contact Support.
