No sound
Makes sure the soundbar’s power
adapter is plugged into a working
outlet and the power adapter is
connected to the soundbar.

not light
Distorted
sound
Check your audio source device to see
if it is causing the distortion.
Unbalanced
sound
If the speaker’s sound is too quiet
even when the soundbar’s volume
is turned all the way up, check the
source audio device to make sure it is
connected via a variable output. Make
sure the output is not turned down
too low.
