It outputs trigger pulse at the designated cycle.
Mode Description
0 Not use comparison output.

Comparison output turns ON when the present absolute position value is same or bigger
than the set position value.
2
Comparison output turns ON when the present absolute position value is same or
smaller than the set position value.
3 Trigger pulses output with the set interval and width.
