Generation RF Motor 4285P
(motor with internal RF receiver):
1.
Ensure that the Motor is connected to a 12VDC power supply (white wire to ground, black wire to
12VDC power).
2.
On the remote transmitter, press and hold the pair button hole on the back of remote for two
seconds ((until SET appears on display if your remote has a display), then release it and press down
button (to clear old programs).
3.
On the remote transmitter press the channel selection button that you want to pair with the shade
(skip this step for single channel remote transmitters).
4.
Press the pushbutton located at the end of the short 6” programming wire on the motor until the
shade jiggles (moves back and forth), then release it.
5.
Immediately following the jiggle, press and hold the Pairing Buttonhole on the back of transmitter
for two seconds (until SET appears on display if your remote has a display), then release it.
6.
Now, without delay, press the stop button on the remote transmitter and release it.
7.
Your shade jiggles again to confirm and now is paired with the transmitter.
8.
Note if you do not press in time, the motor timed out and it jiggles by itself to show it came out of
programming mode.
Note 1- To un-pair a channel, press and hold the pair button hole on the back of remote for two seconds
(until SET appears on display if your remote has a display), then release it and press “down” button on
remote.
Note 2- To reverse direction, press and hold the pair button hole on the back of remote for two seconds
(until SET appears on display if your remote has a display)), then release it and press “up” button on
remote.
