Unable to record videos
Reasons&Solutions: a. the SD Micro card isn’t inserted; b. SD card class is too low,
and a genuine high-speed card should be better; c. Micro SD card is broken, and
you should use a new one.ux
Unable to view the videos
Reasons&Solutions: a. The folder name has been changed on the PC; b. The videos
recorded by the device have been edited or processed; c. SD card is broken. The
device will not support to play the videos revised by other devices.
Ensure to format the card every week. And you can also reset the device. If the p
roblem doesn’t be solved, please use a new SD card with suitable class speed.
The SD card is full or Error or make noise “Ding Ding”
"Please insert SD card" shows on screen after insert one
TROUBLE SHOOTING
Check whether the device is in Video Output Mode. If it’s not, check whether the
device is in Screen Saver status. If it’s not in Screen Saver, then rest the device.
The device shuts off ---black screen or the screen is
waving
Please use software "VLC Player" to play video No sound when playback on PC
Please try going to next slot on the bands. Mirror vibrates
