Pairing a 1-way or 2-way remote control
Note:
The remote control may or may not emit sounds during this
operation.
Prepare the vehicle
1.
Open
a door.
2.
Turn
the ignition On.
3.
Press
and
release
then
press
and
hold
the control center button.
The control center LED flashes and siren chirps one time to con-
firm the system is prepared.
4.
Release
the button.
5.
Press
and
hold
the
button until the transmit LED turns on solid.
6. The siren emits one sound to confirm learning.
Note
: the 2-way remote will confirm by playing tones as well.
7. Repeat for each remote control to be learned (up to four)
8. Turn the ignition off or wait 60 seconds to exit learning, the siren
emits 2 sounds to confirm.
Pairing will exit if:
s
There is no activity for 60 seconds.
s
The doors are closed.
s
The ignition is turned off.
s
The control button is pressed too many times.
