Main dashboard stay on the Easy Sleep program for simple operation, on top of it 
are 5 icons which include 7 programs for you to select:

1. Easy Sleep 
2. Deep Sleep Booster 

is under Easy Sleep program

3. Power Nap
4. Smart Wake Up 
5. Lucid Dream 

is under Smart Wake Up program

6. Light Energizer
7. Jet Lag Adjust

At the center there is a Circle divided into three sections SOUND, TIME and LIGHT 
for you to select the function items
At the bottom there is a START button tab it to activate the program, once select it 
will turn to STOP button, press it again will terminate the program.
