WHAT TO DO IF YOUR GEAR IS DAMAGED DURING AIR TRAVEL
Contact us at [email protected] or 833-AUSTLEN within 14 days of
the incident and provide:
1. Name and address used to register your gear and travel bag
2. Image of damage to gear
3. Proof of travel with dates. Accepted documents include: boarding
pass, flight confirmation, or luggage ticket
REGULATIONS
Warranty valid only if gear is under its original warranty (proof of
purchase required), and the travel bag is registered before your trip
departure date. The warranty covers repair or replacement of damaged
stroller, second seat or Sit+Stand
only; it does not cover gear lost by
the airline or damage to the travel bag.

HOW THE GUARANTEE WORKS
Prior to your departure, register your gear and travel bag online at
www.austlen.com/registration. The date of manufacture (DOM) can be
found on a sewn-in tag along the seam inside the bag. Once you have
completed the registration, your gear is covered by our Worry-Free
Guarantee.
