MAINTENANCE & SERVICING
1,
To maintain your warranty, your camper trailer should be serviced at a minimum of every 6 months by
either returning it to Aussie Camper Trailers or having it services by a qualified repairer.
2
Every 6 months servicing should consist of changing wheel bearings and greasing al moving parts where
applicable.
3.
Every 12 months, brakes should be checked and adjusted. All hoses checked. Suspension checked.
4.
Tyres should be checked on a regular basis. Tyre pressure should be 40psi.
5.
Canvas should be aired after every use and never packed away whilst wet.
6.
If tent is packed whilst still wet, it should be opened at the first available opportunity and aired until
completely dry. Only then should it be packed up for storage.
7.
After every use, the water tanks should be drained to avoid contamination.
8.
When not in use, it is advisable to store your camper trailer under cover and avoid any direct sunlight for
extended periods. This will help limit any fading and ultra-violet damage to your camper trailer.
9.
It is advisable for a suitable sealing agent to be applied to your tent on an annual basis. These can be
purchased from any reputable camping store.
10. Battery terminals should be checked on a regular basis for any corrosion or similar damage.
