Troubleshooting
Before taking the unit to be repaired, please check the following table when a problem occurs. Con-
sult your dealer or service center if the problem cannot be solved with the following information.

System does not turn on Make sure AC power plug is connected to the wall socket
outlet properly and it has power. If this does not help,
leave the unit unplugged before seeking advice.
The sound is distorted Check the volume setting on both the speaker and your
device and adjust the volume to a suitable level. In Blu-
etooth mode, make sure the effective distance between
the speaker and the smartphone no big than 10m in
open air
