TROUBLESHOOTING

The socket has no power. Check if the socket is

No sound. The master volume is set
to minimum.
Turn up the master
volume.
The volume on the TV or
external device is set to
minimum.
Turn up the volume on
the TV or external device.
The TV is switched off. Switch the TV on.
The CD player
does not work or
the display shows

The CD was inserted the
wrong way round.
Insert the CD correctly.
The CD is dirty. Clean the CD with a soft
cloth.
The CD is scratched. Use another CD.
The CD is warped. Use another CD.
No standard CD has
been inserted.
Only use compatible
CDs.
The lens is dirty. Clean the lens with a CD
lens cleaner.
Moisture has formed in
the CD deck.
Wait 20-30 minutes to
allow the deck to dry.
The karaoke system must
be reset.
