Removing USB / memory card
Before removing, you must switch off the unit or change the mode to CD,
AUX or radio. Now you can remove the storage medium.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem Possible cause and solution
The device does not
work
Make sure that the plug of the power supply is
properly connected.
The unit may malfunction if used in areas with
strong radio interference. The unit will function
properly again as soon as there are no more
malfunctions.
No power. Make sure that the plug of the power supply is
properly connected.
No sound or playback
is too quiet.
Press the mute button to turn the sound back on
or turn up the volume control.
No signal or signal
loss in FM mode.
Check the correct installation of the antenna or
move the antenna. Make sure that the antenna
is fully extended.
Move the radio to another location.
Electromagnetic
interference.
The normal function of the product may
be disturbed by strong electromagnetic
interference. If this is the case, reset the unit
to factory settings and restart it. If the function
cannot be resumed, please use the product in
another location.
