Sleep Timer
(Home stand option only, sold seperately)
Options: OFF, 15 Minutes, 30 Minutes, 45 Minutes, and 1 Hour
Your Xpress
R
has a sleep timer that can automatically shut off the unit after a period of
time. By default, the sleep timer is set to “Off”. Perform the following steps to adjust the
sleep timer for your Xpress
R
:
1. Press the “menu” button, scroll to
Set Time
Sleep Timer
2. Select the desired time period.
3. Press the
XM
button; you will receive a confirmation display displaying your
selection.
4. To reset the sleep timer, you can:
-restart Xpress
R
-wait for Xpress
R
to automatically shut down. On restart Xpress
R
returns to its default
state: Sleep timer “Off”.
-select the "Off" option from the
Set Time
Sleep Timer menu
Delayed Power Off
(car cradle option only)
Options: OFF, 60 Minutes, 90 Minutes, 120 Minutes, and 180 minutes
If the cigarette lighter is always powered, you can set Xpress
R
to automatically turn off
after 60 to180 minutes after you turn it on.
1. Press the

button, scroll to
Set Time
Delayed Power Off
2. Select the desired time period.
