CALENDAR (cont’d)
Now, what would you like to do?
To erase a voice or video memo…
a. Highlight “erase” and press OK/menu . Screen will automatically return to calendar
memo screen and memo will be gone from list.
b. Highlight “exit” and press OK/menu . Screen will return to calendar.
c. Press OK/menu and screen will return to calendar memo screen.
d. Highlight “exit” and press OK/menu to go back home.
To keep a voice or video memo…
a. “Keep” will automatically be highlighted; press OK/menu . Screen will automatically return to the
“calendar memo” screen.
b. Highlight “exit” and press OK/menu . Screen will return to calendar.
c. Press OK/menu and screen will return to memo screen.
d. Highlight “exit” and press OK/menu to go back home.
To erase all memos from all dates…
a. Highlight “erase all” and press OK/menu . Screen will automatically return to the calendar date with
no voice memo icons showing.
b. Highlight “yes” and press OK/menu .
c. Screen will return to the “calendar memo” menu showing “no memo”
d Highlight exit and press
OK/menu and screen will return to the calendar screen.
e. Press OK/menu . Highlight “exit” and press OK/menu to go back home.
How do I leave a special event memo?
1. Press the OK/menu .
2. Press OK/menu again.
3. Select day and month in “calendar”.
4. Highlight the desired date and press the orange memo button.
5. Highlight “event” and press
OK/menu .
6. Choose which type of special event this date
is for: “birthday”, “anniversary”, “holiday” or
“special”. Highlight accordingly and press
OK/menu .
