Rectifying faults
If you have problems with your telephone, please first check the following
information. In the case of technical problems you can also contact our Hotline on
Tel. 0180 5 00 13 88.
In the case of warranty claims, please contact your dealer.
The warranty period is 2 years.
No calls possible
The phone line is not connected correctly or is
faulty.
Use only the telephone cable provided.
Check whether your telephone connection is in
working order by using another telephone.
The mains power supply has not been plugged
in or there is a complete loss of power.
The rechargeable accupack is flat or defective.
You are too far away from the base station.
Call cut off or breaks up
You are too far away from the base station.
Base station in the wrong location.
The battery symbol does
not flash during charging
Place the handset properly on the base station,
clean the contact surfaces of the handset and
the base station with a soft, dry cloth.
The batteries discharge
very quickly.
Place the handset with the display to the front on
the base and charging station for at least 16
hours. If this does not help, replace the
rechargeable accupack.
Display dark
Caused by direct sunlight. Allow the handset to
cool down.
Not possible to store
numbers in the phone
book
The phone book concerned is full.
