7. Troubleshooting
■ Communication fails.
1. Is the ATW‒R6200 S or the hub or router with DHCP server powered on?
■ LAN access LED or link LED on ATW‒R6200 S does not light up.
1. Are the LAN cables securely connected to the LAN ports?
2. Are any LAN cables disconnected?
■ Searching IP address of ATW‒R6200 S from Wireless System Monitor fails.
1. Is the PC firewall enabled? Please refer to “About configuring the firewall”.
2. Are both the local network and wireless network enabled simultaneously for
PC network connection?
3. Is a DHCP server enabled when an IP address is automatically obtained in
the local network?
4. Is more than one DHCP server enabled when an IP address is automatically
obtained in the local network?
■ ATW‒R6200 S is not operational.
1. While an ATW‒R6200 S is monitored, operating the keys on the ATW‒
R6200 S is prohibited. Turn off the monitor before operating the ATW‒
R6200 S.
2. If you close Wireless System Monitor before turning off the monitor, the
ATW‒R6200 S may not be unlocked. In such a case, turn off and restart the
ATW‒R6200 S.
3. Is the key lock for the ATW‒R6200 S enabled? Refer to “ATW‒R6200 S User
Manual” to unlock the key.
