To play back a DVD disc in slow motion, during playback, press the SLOW 
button.  The playback speed will reduce to half of the normal speed.  Each time 
the SLOW button is pressed, the slow-motion speed changes: 1/2 normal speed, 
1/8 normal speed, 1/16 normal speed.  To return to normal playback, press the 
PLAY (     ) button.  Audio is muted during slow-motion playback.

To stop playback and resume from the same location, press      (STOP) at the 
location desired. The DVD video player memorizes the location where playback 
was stopped. Press LAST      to resume playback from the aforementioned 
location.  The LAST PLAY function is canceled when the DVD disc has been 
ejected, an adjustment or change is made to the parental lock function, or a disc 
menu language setting is made.
