Troubleshooting Common Problems
General
There are no lights on the
Concert AVR-7 / AVR-9
ü
Pressing any button or the Standby button on the front panel should wake
the Concert AVR-7 / AVR-9.
ü
Verify that the power cord is plugged into a live AC outlet.
ü
Verify that the rear panel Power switch on the Concert AVR-7 / AVR-9 is
“On”.
The main front panel display is blank
ü
Press the Display button. This button controls the display brightness and
also allows you to turn the display off entirely.
The main zone changes while selecting sources from Zone 2
ü
Change the Zone 1 Control option in the Zone 2 Configuration Menu to
Off.
Video
No video/picture
ü
Verify your video display or projector is turned on and set to the correct
input for the Concert AVR-7 / AVR-9. Press the Menu button on the Concert
AVR-7 / AVR-9 and look for the Main Menu to show on the video display.
ü
Verify the correct input on the video display is selected for the output of the
source.
ü
Verify the Video Input assignment configurations. Make certain that the
correct video input is assigned to the source you are playing.
No Video on Zone 2
ü
Verify the HDMI input from the source is connected.
There is no On-Screen Display (OSD)
ü
Verify the OSD is turned on in the Concert AVR-7 / AVR-9 configuration
settings.
ü
Verify that the correct input is selected on the video display or projector.
