Restart Delay

Description:
The EMX4i can be configured to force a delay between the end of
a stop and the beginning of the next start. During the restart
delay period, the display shows the time remaining before
another start can be attempted.
5Q –
Starts per Hour
Range:
0 - 10
Default:

Description:
Sets the maximum number of starts the EMX4i will attempt in a
60 minute period. A setting of 0 disables this protection.
5R –
Phase Sequence
Options:
Any Sequence (default)
Positive Only
Negative Only
Description:
Selects which phase sequences the soft starter will allow at a
start. During its pre-start checks, the starter examines the
sequence of the phases at its input terminals and trips if the
actual sequence does not match the selected option.
CAUTION
When using DC brake, the mains supply must be connected to the soft
starter (input terminals L1, L2, L3) in positive phase sequence and
parameter 5R
Phase Sequence
must be set to Positive Only.

6 Protection Action
6A –
Auto-Reset Count
Range:
0 – 5
Default:
0
Description:
Sets how many times the soft starter will auto-reset, if it
continues to trip.
The reset counter increases by one each time the soft starter
auto-resets, and resets after a successful start.
Setting 6A to zero disables auto-reset.
6B –
Auto-Reset Delay
Range:
0:05 - 15:00 (minutes:seconds) Default:
5 seconds
Description:
Sets a delay before the soft starter will auto-reset a trip.
