You cannot add a line break in the c-mail entry screen and some other entry screens.
Starting a New line

Deleting Characters
To delete one character at a time, move the cursor to the character you want
to delete and press

. To delete all characters after the cursor, hold
down

for at least one second. If there are no characters after the
cursor, holding down
?
for at least one second deletes all characters for
the item.
