Test Condition:
Test link consists of the QFOT1L transmitter, 10 Km standard fiber, attenuator and standard optical receiver. Input RF
channels are 59 PAL-D channels (equivalent to 77 NTSC channels). The optical receiver input power is -1 dBm.
