3 CONSIGNING THE APPLIANCE
3.1 CHECKING PACKAGING UPON CONSIGNMENT
When the goods are received proceed with opening the packaging if there are no signs of damage. if
when the goods are delivered there are signs of damage to the packaging, such as agent or courier,
and within three days from the date indicated on the documents draw up a detailed list and report of all
damage to the goods
. Do not turn the packed goods upside down!
When transporting the package
make sure its four main points are firmly secured (maintain the goods parallel to the ground).
3.2 DISPOSING OF PACKAGING
The various items used for packaging (cardboard, pallets, plastic straps, polyurethane foam) are
normal urban waste products and can be disposed of without difficulty.
If the appliance is destined to countries where are specific standards regarding waste, dispose of
packaging respecting the standards and laws in force.
4 OPERATION AND NOTES
4.1 Before use, check that the power supply corresponds to that required by the machine,
and that the external earthing wire is reliable connected.
4.2 Remove the cutting group and wash them with clean water, then reassemble them as
directed in figure and screw the latch.
4.3 When the machine start at the first time, should check the machine running is it correct.
Rate the mincing.
4.4 Before start the machine, must be checked the screw is it tight enough. The front screw
too tight will waste too much power, and cause the parts damage fast. If the front screw too
tight or too loose, it will cause singularity noise, and will let the machine can not work.
4.5 Remove skin and bone from the meat to be minced, cut them into pieces, suit the
feed-size.
4.6 Feed the pieces into mincing chamber with the feed stick supplied, don

material.
4.7 When finished, please stop the power first, then take out the front screw-discharge
plate-knife-pusher, and clean it by wet clothes. Then if use next time, just install the parts by
reverse gradation.
Attention: must be stopped the machine before cleaning.
