Se o Provox Plug parecer sujo ou tiver secado
ao ar numa área com risco de contaminação,
o dispositivo deve ser limpo e desinfetado
antes de ser utilizado. Pode haver um risco
de contaminação se o dispositivo cair ao
chão, entrar em contacto com animais de
estimação ou com alguém que sofra de
infeção respiratória, ou for sujeito a outra
contaminação grave.
Durante a hospitalização, é importante limpar
e desinfetar o Provox Plug imediatamente após
a utilização e também
antes
da utilização
devido a um risco acrescido de infeção e
contaminação. No hospital, é melhor utilizar
água estéril em vez de água potável para
limpar e enxaguar.
