Assembly to Mounting Plate:
Find the supplied screws, washers, lock washers and wing nuts to be used to attach fan to plate.
Insert the 4 screws into the mounting plate. Insert the screws on the side of the plate that has
countersunk screw holes. Lay on surface with screws pointed up.
Align the fan onto the plate. The sticker and jack on the fan should be at the top of the plate.
Attach screws to plate by using the flat washer and then the lock washer over the screw. Use the
wingnut to tighten and hold screw in place. Repeat for all four corners of the fan.

Attaching Louver to Plate:

Phillips-Head Screwdriver
Assembly Steps:
Insert the louvered plate inside the fan opening. Note the orientation of the louvers to the top of
the fan.
Turn the plate so that louvered plate is on top and make plate level and straight.
Insert a supplied screw into corner hole of louvered plate. Use screwdriver to screw/drill directly
into the plastic. Repeat for all four corners.
