Make sure the unit has the correct
amperage.
If problem persists, contact a qualified
electrician or the manufacturer.
Water is not
hot enough.
The water flow rate exceeds the
heating capacity of the heater.
Temperature setting is too low.
Water pressure is too low.
Reduce the water flow rate by partially
closing the tap.
Switch to the higher temperature setting.
Have a professional check the water
pressure.
Water is too
hot.
The water flow rate through the
heater is too slow.
Temperature setting is too high.
Increase the water flow rate by opening
the tap.
Switch to the lower temperature setting.
Water runs
very hot, then
becomes
cold.
The water flow rate is too high.
Reduce the water flow rate by partially
closing the tap.
Water stops
flowing.
Blockage in water pipes or
hoses.
No water supply.
Filter is clogged.
Make sure the main water line valve is
fully open and there are no obstructions
in the water supply line.
Check and clean the filter.
