Step 1:
Place components on flat surface. Insert the Connected Bolt (B) from the
under of Base (A) and screw until tighten.

Step 2:
Slide shim (I) onto bolt (B). Place decorative ring (D) on top of shim.
Step 3:
Screw tube (E) onto bolt (B) to tighten.
Step 4:
Tighten the locking bolt (G) on side of tube (E).
