
1. Unscrew the nut (B) and the screw (A).

2. Unscrew the four nuts that hold the engine (the
nuts are located in each corner of the engine)
(C).
3. Adjust the tension of the belt (E) with the screw
(A). Then tighten the four nuts (C) that hold the
engine. Then tighten the nut (B).
Replacing the belt:
1. Unscrew the four nuts that hold the engine (the
nuts are located in each corner of the engine)
(C).
2. Slide the engine to the front of the machine.
3. Unscrew and take off the two pulleys (D).
4. Remove the used belt (E).
5. Place the new belt on the pulleys and slide it
simultaneously on the two pulleys. The pulleys
are connected to the engine and blade shaft.
6. Tighten the pulleys.
7. Adjust the tension of the belt as described.
Every 20 hours of operation

Clean and refit air filter.

Check and adjust valve clearance. See engine

Changing the engine oil and air filter, Honda
Only drain engine oil when engine is warm.
1. Unscrew the drain plug (A) for the oil and drain
off all the oil. Use a draining hose (B).
2. Refit the drain plug (A) and tighten.

3. Fill engine oil to the maximum mark on the
dipstick (C).
4. Loosen and replace the air filter (D).
