relative to the end plates. The rotor should now run smoothly without any jamming
tendencies.

) Put in the complete motor unit in the housing (1). Check that the cylinder pin (25) cor-
rectly enters its groove in the housing.

) Mount the O-ring (13) to the nut (12). Screw in the nut in the housing. Finally, tighten
moderately.

) Assemble the complete sanding belt unit on the housing (1) and tighten the screw (31).

) Mount the pin (19). Symmetric located.

) Mount to the rotor end the pulley (22), the washer (23) and the nut (24). Hold the pulley
with the Ø 4 mm pin entered in the radial hole in the pulley. Use the cover (26) to support
the pin and screw in the nut and finally, tighten moderately.

) Mount the sanding belt according to item 2-9 in “Replacement of sanding belt”.
