5. UTILITY
Double-click the Wireless LAN icon (or right-click and then select Launch Config
Utilities ) to launch the Configuration Utility. With the Wireless Adapter utility, users
can configure all the functions provided by the Wireless Monitor Utility. Double-click
the utility icon that appears in the taskbar.
The Wireless Monitor Utility includes 6 tabs:
General, Profile, Available Network,
Status, Statistics, WPS.
5.1 General
You can check details about the Link (Status, Tx, RX, Network Type, Authentication
and Security, SSID) and USB Adapter (MAC, IP, Subnet and Gateway).
5.2 Profiles
Profile can book keeping your favorite wireless setting among your home, office, and
other public hotspot. You may save multiple profiles, and activate the correct one at
your preference.
Click Edit (Modifica) button to change the selected Profile or click Activate
(Imposta Predefiniti) button, after choose a profile, in order to use selected profile
for current connection.
If you need to add a new connection profile please go to tab Available Network.
The active profile will be underlined with a circle around the icon ( ).
