Safety
Please read the following safety provisions before using the
product.
1. Please read the instructions for use of the product
carefully before using it.
2. Physical exercise should be performed in a controlled
manner.
Consult your doctor before starting any exercise program.
3. It is the user’s responsibility to check and tighten, if
necessary, all parts before using the product.
4. Wear only clothing and footwear designed for sports use.
Do not wear loose-fitting clothing or earrings that could get
caught in the machine, and remove jewelry.
5. If at any time during exercise the user experiences
weakness,
dizziness, pain, or shortness of breath, they must stop
immediately.
6. If you use a pacemaker, defibrillator, or other similar
electronic device, use of the pulse sensor is at your own
risk. We recommend testing under medical supervision
before initial use.
7. Improper or excessive use of this equipment can cause
serious damage to health. Seeing a doctor for a thorough
examination before beginning an exercise program is
strongly recommended, especially if the user has a family
history of high blood pressure or heart disease, is over 45, is
a smoker, has high cholesterol, is obese, or has not
exercised regularly in the last year. It is also recommended
to consult a
professional trainer about the proper use of this product.
