13) Next  step on the  left side of the foot pedal  to
raise the foot and puller.  Place the border material
under  the  ruffler  blade,  over  the  stripper  blade,
under the foot and puller.  Pull enough material so
that about half an inch is behind the puller.

2.- Panel or Non Skid Load

1) Load the PANEL so that the “good” side of the
material is up.  Start by sliding the panel under the
border, top plate, and stripper blade.

2) To get the panel completely under the top plate,
step  on  the  left  side  of  the  foot  pedal  to  get  the
panel tension finger to go down, the foot to go up
and puller go up.  Slide the panel until it contacts
