During an express install, the only other window the user needs to 
interact with is the End User License Agreement (EULA).  Once this 
has been approved the install will commence.  During an express 
install, the user must first select the packages to install and potentially 
select the source location. The install components progress window 
displays both the overall progress of the entire process and the install 
of each package (lower progress bar).
