Launch the Bluetooth Suite.

Choose 

My Bluetooth Place 

from the Bluetooth tray on your desktop.  It 

 displays 

the  

My Bluetooth Place 

start-up screen.

Right mouse click the blank panel and choose 

Device Discovery 

option. See
