Adding and registering a speakerphone
For VTech models:
Press and hold the
/FIND HANDSET
button on the telephone
base for about four seconds.
The
IN USE
light turns on.
2. Release the button.
3. Follow Steps 3 and 4 under
For AT&T models with
/HANDSET LOCATOR button on the telephone base
section.
NOTES:
You can register a maximum of two TL80133 speakerphones to a cordless
telephone. The telephone base recognizes and counts a speakerphone the
same as a headset.
If the base has no prior registered speakerphone or headset, the newly-
registered speakerphone is listed as
HDST/SPK
or
HEADSET
in the intercom
menu. Otherwise, the prior registered speakerphone or headset is listed
as
HDST/SPK1
or
HEADSET 1
, and the newly registered speakerphone or
headset is listed as
HDST/SPK2
or
HEADSET 2
.
If the registration fails, you will hear three beeps and the voice prompt
the voice prompt
"Not registered"
plays once upon every key press..
Reset the speakerphone. Remove the battery from the speakerphone, and
insert it back into the speakerphone. Repeat the registration steps.
