Group Calling Delay Announcement
Use this procedure to designate the announcement device used to play
messages to callers while they are waiting in the queue.
Only one announcement device can be designated for each calling group;
however, more than one calling group can use the same announcement device.
The extension to which the delay announcement device is connected should not
be programmed as a calling group member.
If the extension jack or MFM was previously programmed as a regular extension,
you must remove all line/trunk button assignments before you designate the
extension jack as a delay announcement device.
