The  telephone  base  comes  with  the  mounting  bracket  already
installed for desktop use. If wall mounting is desired, a telephone
outlet wall mounting plate with mounting studs is required. This
mounting  plate  with  studs  is  available  for  purchase  from  many
hardware  or  consumer  electronics  retailers  and  may  require
professional installation.
If you subscribe to high-speed Internet service (Digital Subscriber
Line - DSL) through your telephone line, you must install a DSL
filter  between  the  telephone  base  and  the  telephone  wall  jack.
The  filter  will  prevent  noise  caused  by  DSL  interference.  Please
contact  your  DSL  service  provider  for  more  information  about
DSL filters.

Table/desk installation

NOTE:

If the mounting bracket is already in the desktop position, go to step 2.

If you have repositioned the mounting bracket for wall mounting
and now want to return to desktop use, follow the steps below:

Remove the mounting bracket from wall mount orientation by
following  the  illustrations  below.  Install  the  mounting  bracket
in the desktop orientation by pushing the bracket tabs into the
slots  on  the  upper  portion  of  the  telephone  base  until  they
