Factory settings
• Gas appliances are tested and
fi
tted with the CE symbol.
• Gas appliances are delivered sealed; upon delivery, they are
adjusted to the natural gas (25 mbar), or to liquid gas
(30 mbar). The data is indicated on the rating plate; it is visible
when the oven door is opened.
• Load and gas consumption for particular burners are indicated
in the table in these instructions.
• In case of repair, or if the seal is damaged, all functional parts
must be tested and resealed in compliance with the installation
instructions. Functional parts include the following:

nozzle for large

ame and adjustable regulation valve / screw
for small
fl
ame.
Connection to the gas supply
• When connecting the appliance to the gas pipeline or gas
cylinder, follow the regulations of the local gas distributor.
• On the right side, the cooking hob is
fi
tted with a gas
connection plug with an EN 10226-1 R1/2 external thread.
• Also supplied with the appliance is an adapter for liquid gas
and a non-metal gasket.
• When connecting, the knee R 1/2 should be held
fi
rmly to
prevent it from rotating.
• For sealing of the connection joints, use a non-metal approved
gaskets and approved sealants.
• The gaskets should only be used once. The thickness of the
fl
at non-metal gaskets should not be deformed more than by
25 percent.
• To connect the appliance to the gas supply, use a tested and
certi
fi
ed
fl
exible hose. The hose should not be in direct contact
with the appliance back wall or the oven ceiling.
After connecting the gas hob, check the joints for any
leakages.
Connection with a
fl
exible hose
• If an appliance is connected with a
fl
exible hose, the hose
should not be fed as indicated in option A.
• If the connection pipe is made of metal, the option A is also
permissible.
Start of operation
When putting the appliance into operation, follow the instructions
for use. Turn on all heaters and check the stability of the
fl
ame at
high and low setting.
The
fl
ame should be blue and green at the center.
