Functionbutton:
MODE / RESET
- Press the key to set functions.
- Press and hold the button for 2 seconds to reset time, distance and calories.
- After you've inserted the batteries, the clock will switch to settingsmode. Press MODE to set the time.
After you've set the time, wait 5 seconds to let the clock switch back to the homescree.
Functions:
1. SCAN: Press the MODE-button until SCAN appears on the screen. The computer will switch bet-
ween time, speed, distance, calories, rowing trains and rowing trains per minute. Each funtion will show
up for 5 seconds.
2. TIME: Shows the workout time.
3. SPEED: Shows the current speed.
4. DISTANCE: Shows the distance.
5. CALORIE: Shows the calorie consumption.
6. COUNT: Shows the rower trains.
7. RPM: Shows the revolutions per minute.
8. PULSE: Shows the current heart rate.
