a. Please make sure monitor is powered on normally. Check the indicator light of monitor is on

make sure the the monitor cable and power cable are connected properlly

cable is powered on as shown below. Please open

close and re-open the switch on the socket,
check if monitor can display. If you close and then re-open the switch of the monitor, monitor
shows '']no signal'', it indicates the monitor is powerd on normally
b. Confirm that the signal cable(VGA/DVI/HDAMI/DisplayPort) is connected to the display-
also confirm that the other end of the cable is connected to the display output (graphics card) of
the computer. Try to replug the two sides of the display cable and confirm that all pins are not
bent
c. Confirm that the display output of the monitor is correct. For example, if current is HDMI
interface connected to the computer, should choose the display output of the monitor as HDMI
display output
d. Replace other same kind of cable (VGA/DVI/HDAMI/DisplayPort) to re-test
e. Connect the monitor to another computer, confirm output of the monitor is normal to eliminate
monitor problem
