Troubleshooting
The information contained below may help you to identify and resolve
the most common problems of hardware and software, which you may
encounter.
If you encounter the following problems, first try to solve them on
your own, using the following recommendations. If the tips
mentioned do not help, contact customer support or an authorized
service center

Before you take any further action, check out
:
whether the battery is charged;
whether the fault persists after restarting the device;
whether the device has been set up correctly
.
If you make a mistake when configuring the device or are not sure of
the correctness of the changes you made, try to restore the original
system settings
.
To restore the settings, follow these steps
:
• Go to the menu of the device;
• Open "Settings";
• Select "Backup & reset";
• Specify the required parameters and press "Factory data reset".
Malfunctions of Memory Card
In case of malfunctions of the memory card used in the phone, the
problem generally is in the external device. Therefore, first check the
information media for performance and, if necessary, contact the
manufacturer.

Make sure that the card is inserted into the slot intended for it up to
the stop;
Make sure that the card is inserted in the correct direc
