WARRANTY
The electrolysis unit is warranted by the manufacturer against manufacturing faults for a minimum period of 2 years
counting from the delivery date.
Electrode: minimum 2 year warranty.
PH/RX probe: 6 months warranty.
This warranty does not cover breakdowns caused by negligence, improper use, improper installation, modification,
disassembly, corrosion, failure to undertake maintenance or wintering, misuse, flooding, lightning strike or damage
following a fall or blow.
Return all equipment for overhaul or repair is postage paid by the user.

TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM FOUND
CAUSE
POSSIBLE SOLUTION
1- Low chlorine
level that cannot
be raised.
Filtering medium clogged or
contaminated
Use a filter cleaner or replace the filtering medium.
Water balance problem. Check the
water's chemical parameters.
pH [7.2 - 7.6] / combined chlorine (DPD3) < 0.6 ppm
/ stabilising agent [20 - 30 ppm] / TAC [80 - 120 ppm]
/ TH [180 - 250 ppm
Insufficient filtering time
Increase the filtering time (filtering time in h = water
temperature / 2)
Lack of stabilising agent in the pool with
major exposure to UV and/or high use
Add 20 to 30 g/m
3
of stabilising agent (cyanuric acid)
Electrode-level problem
Check the electrode's connection, as well as the
production of chlorine gas bubbles in the vessel.
2- pH/ORP values
are extreme or
unstable
Saturated sensor
Immerse the sensor in a hydrochloric acid solution
diluted to 10% for 1 hour.
Presence of air bubbles at the vessel's
head
Flush out the measuring chambers while softly
unscrewing the sensor-holder and holding the
sensor in place.
Defective sensor
Replace sensor
3- Impossible to
calibrate the
pH/ORP sensor
Contaminated or outdated calibration
solution
Replace the calibration solution
Sensor clogged or covered in limescale
Clean the sensor in accordance with the procedure
indicated in the chapter on ORP & pH sensor
maintenance.
Defective sensor (damaged membrane...)
Replace sensor
4- Slow sensor
response
Certain sensors respond more slowly
than others do. In such cases, wait a few
hours until stabilisation occurs.
Clean the sensor with clean water and drain the
excess by shaking slightly without rubbing.
If the problem continues, follow the instructions in
Point 2-
Insufficient flow rate in the electrode
measurement chambers
Make sure the water is flowing properly in the
electrode measurement chambers and that there
are no air bubbles (flush if necessary).
