Carefully remove the contents from the package. If any parts are missing do not
attempt to use the product until they have been obtained and correctly installed.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
CAUTION:
Do not over tighten fasteners.

2. (SEE FIGURE 2)
Attach the wood slats (B)
to the arm and leg support (C) using
washer (f), and nut (G).
Repeat on the other side and do not tighten
bolts until all wood slats (B) are in place and
bench is at 90 degrees with floor.
1. (SEE FIGURE 1)
Using Bolts (E) washers (F)
and nuts (G) attach one end of the arched
bench back (A) to the leg & arm brace (C).
Attached the other end of the back to the
second leg & arm brace (C).
3. (SEE FIGURE 3)
Turn the bench over on a
non-scratch surface and attach middle
support bracket (D) to the slats (B) at the
midway point between legs (C) using wood
screws (H). Work from the front to back,
bending bracket (D) as necessary to fit the
contour of the bench.

Ensure all fasteners are securely tightened.
Place plastic nut cover over nuts (G) located
on backside of bench, 4-places.
