Restore operation software
When the player does not work normally (e.g. the player can not be turned on or play normally), and there is
still a problem after pressing the Reset button, please restore the operation software according to the
following steps:
1.
Put the supplied driver installation CD into the CD-ROM tray of your computer, and double click it
to open. Select SETUP.exe file and double click it to execute the installation according to the
guidance.
2.
Connect the player to the computer correctly via USB cable.
3.
Execution: [Start]-[Program]-SIGMATEL MSCN AUDIO PLAYER-Firmware download.
4.
Click [Start] to start executing, and press [close] when it is finished.
Reset Button
When there is something wrong with the player (e.g. it can not be turned on, or play normally or the buttons
are not available when the HOLD button is unlocked), press the Reset button to resume normal condition.
If the player cannot work due to software error, or there is still a problem after pressing the Reset button,
please restore the operation software of the player according to the above steps.
