Do not listen to music at excessive volumes for extended periods.
Do not use the earphones/headphones at excessive volumes.
Be careful not to get the earphones/headphones
caught in other objects.
Do not sleep with earphones in your ears or leave them
in for extended periods.

Check for solutions to common problems.
1. The device won’t record.
Make sure the input selection switch (bottom or
side of device) is set correctly.
If a microphone is connected to the Mini XLR port, check
that the phantom power is properly selected and that
phantom power is enabled under the Settings menu.
If audio cannot be heard after recording begins,
increase the microphone and pre-amplifier gain
values to appropriate levels.
Recording may not function normally due to
insufficient storage space.
Recording and monitoring will be suspended when
the battery level of the AK Recorder and AK media
player are below 3%.The recording screen will close
when the battery level is below 1%.
Recording will not begin if the media scanner is operating.
When using the AES3 input, recording will not begin
if the recording format has not been set correctly.
In addition, recording will not function if an
unsupported format is entered.
2. The device will not charge when recording.
The device will not fully charge when recording while
using a 5 V, 2 A adapter. We recommend using a 5 V,
3 A adapter (sold separately).
