Initialization /Setting the reference points.
The desks may have to be re-initialized when set up for the first time, following a power failure or after being
disconnected from the mains supply.
Initialization.
Read through the following steps carefully before starting so that the initialization proce- dure can be completed without
difficulty – this is important on account of the specified times which must be maintained exactly. Furthermore,
the dongle , which activates the anti-collision, needs to be removed before intializing. Afterwards, it needs
to be plugged in the control system again.
Press the DOWN button until the lower limit position is reached.
Briefly (approx. 2-3 seconds) release the DOWN button when all lift columns are in the lower limit position;
then press and hold the button again until the table has moved down marginally (approx. 5 mm) and returned to the lower
limit position.
Then press the UP button until the lift columns reach the upper limit position (indicated by a "harsh" bump
on reaching the limit position) and hold it down until the desk marginally moves down again (approx. 5 mm).
Now lower the desk approx. 100 mm by pressing the DOWN button (approx. 3 seconds
Then press the UP button again and move the desk back to the highest limit position (once again, this is
indicated by a "harsh" bump on reaching the limit position) and hold it down until the desk marginally moves down again
(approx. 5 mm). The desk is now initialized and can be set to the user's individual height.
TIP:
To check that initialization has been completed successfully, repeat the last step, i.e. lower the desk by approx. 100 mm
and then return to the highest position. If this upper position is now reached "gently", the desk has been initialized
successfully. .
Note:
If the buttons are released before the referencing procedure has been completed, reference travel will be interrupted and
the complete initialization process must be repeated from the beginning.
